the salesman paul knew the car inside out and answered all my questions.we had a good long test drive which gave me a good feel for the car.i didnt feel pressured at any point through the whole process from looking at the car to paying for it.a great team i would recomend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.thanks guys.

The service was excellent. I didn't feel pressured into buying the car or taking any additional extras eg GAP protection, car colour etc. I had my new car, as agreed, within the week and the whole process was very smooth. I have bought a previous new car from Guiseley Ford in the past and the service was the same then, hence the reason i went back. Thank you again to Graham the Sales man he was great throughout!

The price you offered me for my car against a nearly new fiesta was nothing short of an insult, i eventually got £1200 pounds more from skipton ford for mine against an almost identical car to what was discussd at Benfield. Also the cars on the forecourt were vastly overpriced, Some were £500- £1000 more expensive than what an identical spec car was on the website despite being older! The 4 star rating that you have given yourself doesn't reflect my opinion of your garage at all. Yeah the girl in the showroom was very nice and friendly but if i'd just wanted a chat with a pretty young girl i would have gone on match.com. When it boils down to it money talks and you fell well short.

A very good car buying experience. Friendly and helpful sales people, all questions answered fully. When browsing the showroom we weren't 'pestered'. A very straight forward experience with all the paperwork, then when taking delivery we were shown how everything worked and Leanne very kindly connected my mobile to the car for me. We highly recommend Benfield at Guiseley and also the Ford Focus 1.0 Eco Boost. We are really enjoying the car.

Very smooth service - all problems well explained and work completed in good time.
I feel disconcerted when I am told after a service that the back brakes need adjusting. Surely adjustment of brakes at a service is an essential part of car maintenance. For this reason I will consider taking my car to a private operator where the service is geared to the needs of the customer and not to the speed of the large commercial dealer.

We have received excellent Service as we always do and we will give the Guiseley Garage a full 10 out of 10. It is always a most pleasant experience from start to finish. No effort is spared to make us understand what work is required and a full appreciation in advance of probable cost entailed. Standard of repairs is always excellent and staff are always most helpful and obliging in every way. We make a point at every opportunity of singing the praises of Benfields to all our family, friends and acquaintances. It is very comforting to know that you are dealing with people you can rely on.

I was pretty much at my wits end as how to get my beloved SMAX fixed with the loss of power. The last place I wanted to go would have been a main agent. I had major anxiety around taking it to a main agent mainly due to the horror stories that you hear around cost and poor customer service etc. I am glad to say I could not have been further from the truth. The initial welcome that I had from the Guisely Benfield Branch was welcoming and I wa not seen a burden in any way. I had my 3 year old daughter with me who was needing entertaining like all 3 year olds do. One of your sales staff went into the back room without being asked and got her some crayons and some paper "excellent" then the mechanic called Richard took me and my daughter out in the vehicle first to get my take on the problem. He was courteous and really polite from start to finish. He came back with an instant fix and took me and my dsaughter out again and hey presto car fixed. I was over the moon. The branch only charged me the standard diagnostics price and Richard even gave me further advice on my car. I work in customer service and I can honestly say this was a great experience and the branch deserves an award. I will now be taking my car back there. Excellent 10/10

The MOT and service was completed to my satisfaction and I find it really useful that the car was picked up and dropped off at my house. The only adverse comment I have to make was that I found a number of ice cream/sweet wrappers on the seats which weren't mine as I'd cleaned up the car the day beforehand. Obviously a very hungry mechanic was on the job!
