I have amended my star rating not because of the way I was treated, all staff have been first class in the service offered. I down rated my stars as I am having to wait for my new KA until November and then it cant be promised I will get it then ! what is Ford doing ?

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately the lead time on the vehicle you have ordered is outside of our control. The model is not in current production and is a special order. We will, of course, keep you informed at regular intervals of the progress on delivery.
We have been customers at Benfield Ford Guiseley for 23 years. Our experience of sales service and bodywork repairs has always been excellent. Part exchange and purchase of my new '63 Fiesta Zetec has been first class.
We had very good service.
I went to this dealer knowing what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and more or less got what I expected without to much haggling. The part exchange price was a little lower than the on-line guide prices, but overall the net cost of changing cars was only a couple of hundred pounds from my anticipated expenditure. The salesman was very pleasant and the sales process was done quite quickly without much hanging about.
I'm happy to recommend this dealer.

I have been using Benfield Ford of Guiseley for about 16 years. They have always been extremely accommodating and personable taking time to talk to you and remember tasks done for you.
I have recently purchased a new Kuga from them and have been really pleased by their prompt response in getting the car from another garage for me, dealing with any scuff marks, adding a tow bar and rattling through the paperwork in a very simplified and efficient manner. I have recommended this garage to several colleagues and my father in law bought a new Fiesta from them last year and was also very pleased with their advice and help. As the staffing has remained stable over the years my past car was always looked after by the same mechanic which gave me a lot of faith in any repair work and costing. Equally the staff are like a "family" and take interest in events and happenings to do with the customer in a personable way. Excellent service as always.
I was informed car would be ready for collection at 11.00am,1and a half hour later it was sort of ready.no tow bar fitted,wheel refurb,have seen better d.i.y attemps,paintwork to body not done,valeting of car left a lot to be desired.on deciding to take the car home,i found seat belt/air bag warning light not going out,front parking sensors not working,which were supposed to have been repaired.p.s no locking wheel nut key.car returned,courtesy car provided.not a very happy bunny////Benfield ford please try and get it right prior to collecting car again.

Very pleased with everything from the word go. Elliot Spencer was excellent salesman, not too pushy, gave me all the information I requested re vehicle, finance figures, service plan etc and time to consider my options without putting any pressure on me to make instant decision (which I've come across several times in the past with other sales people and it makes you want to just look elsewhere!).Extremely happy with the way everything was dealt with and hope that this will continue in future with servicing etc (have a slight cosmetic problem with trim on car but this is being sorted next week for me)

We found the sales staff at Benfield Guiseley very friendly and helpful, unlike some garages where the staff are very pushy and a bit too in your face.We would recommend them to anyone.
When we purchased this car we were quite happy with the friendly manner and the way we dealt with.
on collection of the car we were very disappointed with the state of the interior which did not look as if it had been cleaned at all .
we told the salesman who told us to bring it back to be re cleaned
took it back the service team looked after us very well but car still not cleaned as we would have expected
we now feel very embarrassed about returning to the garage for our servicing having have to complain more than once

the salesman paul knew the car inside out and answered all my questions.we had a good long test drive which gave me a good feel for the car.i didnt feel pressured at any point through the whole process from looking at the car to paying for it.a great team i would recomend them to anyone looking to buy a new car.thanks guys.

The service was excellent. I didn't feel pressured into buying the car or taking any additional extras eg GAP protection, car colour etc. I had my new car, as agreed, within the week and the whole process was very smooth. I have bought a previous new car from Guiseley Ford in the past and the service was the same then, hence the reason i went back. Thank you again to Graham the Sales man he was great throughout!

The price you offered me for my car against a nearly new fiesta was nothing short of an insult, i eventually got £1200 pounds more from skipton ford for mine against an almost identical car to what was discussd at Benfield. Also the cars on the forecourt were vastly overpriced, Some were £500- £1000 more expensive than what an identical spec car was on the website despite being older! The 4 star rating that you have given yourself doesn't reflect my opinion of your garage at all. Yeah the girl in the showroom was very nice and friendly but if i'd just wanted a chat with a pretty young girl i would have gone on match.com. When it boils down to it money talks and you fell well short.
