Buying my Ford Mondeo from Benfield Ford was the most pain free experience I have ever had buying a car. I would recommend to anyone Benfield Ford because their customer service is first class and they put you at ease and bend over back to help. 'Buy From Benfield' is what I say.
Having visited the dealership to view one model, the salesman quickly established our need and acted in a consultative manner to give us a number of options. The decision we made was based on the clear and accurate information we were given regarding availability and delivery schedules. The service we have had since has been excellent. The salesman has done exactly as he said he would and has called to confirm every detail. Overall the experience we had was one that I would totally recommend!

best dealership i have ever dealt with.most of it done over phone.they gave me a p/ex price for 2 cars over the phone.when i took 1 car over for them to look at it only altered by £100.i took car over on friday to pick my new car up and they drove me home and picked the other car up they had never seen this car it was done over the phone and they trusted what i told them about the car.must be the only dealership that would do that regards to richard darnbrook and all the staff.would highly reccommend

After buying a Hyundai Veloster 18 months ago the fuel consumption was too high & costly. I had a couple of test drives in Fiestas (having driven one prior to the Veloster) & Kimmo explained thoroughly about the benefits of the new Fiesta and the low running costs. I was surprised at the performance of the new 1 litre engine on the test drive & I look forward to a much more economical car.
A refreshing change not to be hassled by someone who wants to be your new best friend! The staff at benfield at kirkstall road were helpful, polite and answered any questions we had. Allowing us to make our own decision. I am thrilled with my new car. The change over day went as planned and benfield are even taking care of my cherished number plate. Really useful for someone who never has enough hours in the day. I will definately be recommending benfield to my family, friends and colleagues.

I have always hated buying a new car because the pushiness
of a car salesman. It was refreshing to have someone listen to us and not pester us, only thinking of their commission. It was a close choice between the Hyundai and the Mazda, but the Salesman made a big difference in the decision.

The salesman, Richard Bradley was very helpful and polite throughout the sales process and had the car out on the forcourt ready for a test drive when we arrived, we did travel approx 60 miles to see the car so didn't want to waste any time..
I would use Benfield again and certainly recommend you to friends and family, Great service and great staff.

We received friendly, helpful advice and at no time were we put under pressure from any salesperson. We were given time to look around the salesroom and given information about the cars available in order for us to make an informed decision. We were offered a test drive in the cars we were interested in. The aftersales service was second to none and we have been told to call in or ring the showroom if we have any queries at all.

good sales floor manner. We were asked if we wanted help immediately and were left to ourselves when we just wanted to look first to decide on the model of car we wanted. When we needed help the person we asked for was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We didn't feel overwhelmed with information but were well informed of the options available and not pushed into any decisions. We felt we were given a good deal and ordered the car we had decided on. Overall the experience was very good and we would thoroughly recommend this dealership
We appreciated the straight talking of the salesperson and the fact that we were under no pressure throughout our time on the forecourt. We had a budget and throughout the salesperson stuck to that and didn't try to get us to buy lots of extras we couldn't afford. I'd definitely go to Benfield again.

We just ordered a new Ford S-Max through the Motability scheme from the Benfield Ford dealership on Kirkstall Road, Leeds.
We couldn't praise all staff there enough for their professionalism, courtesy and effectiveness in the way they treated us.
From going to great lengths in order to show us a vehicle, even though they didn't have one available in the showroom, to offering to put children's TV on for the kids while we would be completing the necessary paperwork, all staff were truly magnificent, totally contrary to the staff of another major Ford dealership we had visited a few days before, who were rude, abrupt and utterly unhelpful.
When it n a scale from 1 to 10, we give staff at Benfield Ford, Kirkstall Road a 20 ! Keep up the good work !!!

Having bought 5 cars from Benfield previously I think its now time to shop around for my next purchase. I was slightly deceived in to thinking the car I picked was a stock item when in fact its in Belguim. The car was registered on the 30th of june and taxed ,it now turns out I wont be getting it till the 24th of july so not a happy bunny.I might have ordered exactly what we wanted and waited as im doing now.

I believe that to enable us to offer you the package discussed, the vehicle needed to be ordered in a specific time frame. The 2nd salesman made up for the over sights of the first salesman and change my mind about Benfield and got me back in its good books.

The salesman, Mark, was waiting as I arrived. He was very friendly, gave me a lot of information and I enjoyed the test drive. The following chat was honest and although obviously eager to secure a sale, he was not pushy. Having run through several equipment & insurance options, I agreed to leave a deposit, on the understanding I could change my mind without prejudice. I agreed later to purchase the car. The service throughout was friendly, courteous and helpful.
The Hyundai chap we dealt with Mark Denson was absolutely fist class, he kept in touch with us from start to finish explaining at which part of the proses we were at and even contacted us after we had the car to make sure everything was tick a tee boo (ok) with the car.Thank you Mark just wish all sales people were as nice as you.
My experience with Benfield Ford was very good. It was the first time I had bought a new car, not only that but the first time I had bought from a dealer and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again. I was advised by my Dad to try Benfield before agreeing to anything anywhere else and because the deal was so good we decided that was the best place to buy from. They have kept me informed of any changes that have occurred, such as when my registration number came through which I think is really good considering you want to know everything when waiting for a new car. I would strongly advise Benfield to anyone
I was very pleased with the service although I felt tricked into buying the aftercare kit. As I presumed it was free the way it was put across. When I put this accross it was said that I would have to re go trhough the finance checks - just be aware!

I dealt with Billy Muir at Benfield Hyundai, Leeds. He was warm, welcoming and friendly and answered all of my questions with limitless patience. His knowledge of the product was excellent and he went the extra mile in customer service. The purchase went very smoothly and I collected the car at the agreed time. He walked me through any aspects of the car that I had forgotten to mention, and the whole experience was memorable. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Benfield Hyundai, and if Billy was to serve you, then you would be in very safe hands.

1, after I viewed the car, had a short, limited test drive(not the dealer's fault just their location) I agreed to purchase the car. It was NOT the tidiest car in the world but NOT the most expensive either. I phoned the dealer and asked to check the tailgate for a dent which showed up when I enlarged an online photo from your website they said there was NO dent in the tailgate. However when the vehicle was delivered it has a dent in the tailgate. It would not have stopped me from buying the car although I would have asked you to fix it prior to delivery. Now of course it is too late and you are miles away.
Who ever valeted the car wants the sack ! they missed rubbish under the seats, dog biscuits, sweets, pills, paper, leaves etc under the seats. Mud on the seatbelts, sprayed the seats and dash with some horrible sticky solution we are struggling to remove it. the back seats have been sprayed but missed areas so it looks worse than if they had left it alone. Unfortunately after a mix up with keys I only have one set which is becoming a bit of a headache for us. After all that the car seems ok, I thought the salesman was great (Billy Muir) and I am grateful for the car being delivered.

I am completely satisfied with my experience at Benfied Ford, Kirkstall and it's a proven fact as this is the fourth car I have purchased from there in the last 8 years.
