As soon as we walked in the showroom the salesman allowed us to browse and when we were ready to talk he was friendly and new everything we wanted to know about the car. When my new car was ready to be collected he even came to my home to collect me. Would definitely recommend Benefield to all my family and friends.

Me and my family just loved everything about this 7seat New Santa Fe Premium SE that with just one test drive we decided to buy it. It has the best of what my family(x4) individually expected in a new car. As the nearest dealer didn’t have one to sell before Oct 2013, I had to hunt one by calling all Hyundai dealers across the country in the Alphabetical order. Luckily!! Benfield Motors Hyundai Dealer up in Leeds 150 Miles away had one to sell. First we were not sure as we had not seen the car yet, but we booked the car straight away over the phone, Thanks to the honesty & reliability shown by the salesman at Benfield, who sincerely kept in touch with us and promptly acted on all our requests. We all had a great experience, better than one will love to expect when buying a new car. We reached the dealer after 3 days on a Saturday and had a very pleasant experience of meeting the salesman(Billy) and a great manager. I have now driven the car for 900 miles in just 10 days of buying it and love every moment of driving it. Very economical with 5 yrs of free servicing option we bought & 5yrs warranty, the miles per gallon, performance & looks are so..so much better than lots of other 4x4 in the market. It is so spacious that the kids noise at the back does not cause any disturbance in the front(I just love this.. ;-)) We feel very glad to have made the right choice in buying the New Santa Fe. If one afford the Premium SE the panoramic roof looks Just Awesome!!

I had a really pleasant experience at Benfield Kirkstall in Leeds. Mark the sales executive was really helpful and was able to answer all my questions and give me honest advice as to what was best for me in my price bracket. I was able to visit Benfield twice before making my decision on the fiesta for me and didn't feel pressured at any point. I would definitely recommend to a family member or a friend. I found that the website was the easiest to use in terms of understanding the PCPs/HPs and LP contracts in each car. This was by far one of the reasons I felt confident that I was able to look online and then go into Benfield and get a good deal.

Overall the experience of buying a new car was made very enjoyable. The salesman being very informative, pleasant and fun. Only disappointment car promised two weeks after order now could three weeks. Not necessary Benfields fault logistics getting the car to Leeds.

I bought the car through the web site, it was a new arrival so no photo image was available & i did have reservations, after 2 e-mails the car was delivered to the Leeds branch for me to view, my fears of no image was unfounded, the car is as you would expect, altogether a smooth process.

This is the second car I have purchased from Benfield in 12months. On this occasion I was able to purchase the exact car I wanted and was given a good part exchange price for my trade in car. The buying process was seamless, the sales staff were courteous and efficient and I came away feeling it had been a pleasurable experience. I would have no qualms about returning when I need another car.

Ashley in the Hyundai section @ Benfield Kirkstall Rd, Leeds was excellent. He was very patient with me as I was at the showroom a long time trying to make a decision. He provided me with all the information I needed and also left me alone to decide what I wanted to do checking in every so often to make sure I didn't need him for anything further. A really pleasant experience.

Both staff, Mark and Steve, were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. I felt they did their best to meet my requirements. I decided that I would walk away and think about the offer. The next day I phoned to say that I had decided to accept the offer on the Santa Fe I had looked at. I asked Steve to check the model was a seven seater before I went in again. It was, despite being on the website as a 7 seater, in fact a 5 seater. So, I was disappointed - Steve did his best to find a similar spec with 7 seats - but without success.

The sales Executive I dealt with was very efficient and flexible. I knew what I wanted and he made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Even when I missed the pick up time and caused a slight complication he worked around it. Very impressed and would definately recormend Mark Powell and the Kirkstall Road Salesroom.

Took my car in early on Saturday which was a service I didn't know about before and is very convenient. Picked it up at 12.00 O'clock fully serviced and MOT'd also vacuumed and washed I was most impressed.
