Very good service. Nice & friendly customer service advisor, Amy. Only needed tyres replaced and cost of the tyres was reasonable. Exchanged winter tyres (also a good cost) and agreed to keep them in the service dept which was great. £280 for 4th service did seem expensive though but was not much different from Bristol Street in Peterlee, where I have previously been to because of working there. I always check the prices of different Hyundai dealers and will go with the cheapest.

Loved the friendly and no-nonsense approach. A woman alone is sometimes seen to be a soft target. Not at Scotswood Road, Benfield. There was no confusing sales talk or pressure - I was given the choices, my options for finance which made my decision quick and easy. My husband was very impressed with the deal (which he thought I'd negotiated). In truth, I didn't have to negotiate at all - the deal given to me was too good to be true. I was waiting for the catch but there wasn't one. I love my electric red i10. I have already recommended two customers to the showroom! Thank you Craig Chalmers - I'll be back!!!

Really pleased with the service we received, the salesman Nick Forster that dealt with our purchase couldn't have been more helpful, we would definitely recommend benfield to anyone wanting to buy a new car.
I would like to thank the Service Manager who went through the invoice. He gave me details of when the MOT is due for my car, through discussion I booked my car in for MOT. He was very helpful and pleasent.
| picked up some contaminated diesel which blocked my fuel filter. The car automatically detected this and restricted the performance. I called the Hyundai garage on Scotswood Rd. and even though they were fully booked for a week ahead they took the car in and fixed it the same day. They didn't even charge the full rate for the work.
That is what I call service, something the bigger marques seem to have forgotten.

We had a problem withour new car which to me made it unsafe to drive. As it kept loosing power and cutting out We were very much let down by another hyundi garage as they said they could not see the car for a week we rang Benfield who did ther best within a busy scedule to fit the car in to be looked at if we left it with them they even tried to get a curtesy car at very short notice all the staff were very politie and apologetic when they couldn't fit it in the first day which was fine as they had the car I will certainly be using them in future

I had no qualms about returning to the Scotswood Road Benfield Showroom after having purchased my last car from there in 2011. Although there are couple of minor issues with my I20s finishing I see no reason why I should not return there in 2015 when we intend to replace our I10.

Why is servicing the disc brakes not part of the annual service for the i10?

The third service includes a visual inspection of the brakes only. I have been informed that when you visited us we advised that the brakes needed to be stripped down and cleaned. If you would like this work carried out, please contact us and we will book your vehicle in to have the work done. Thanks for your feedback.
When the car was booked in for a service.I assumed that the car would be serviced.To my amazement when I collected the car I was told the brakes have " not " been serviced.I paid £147.62 (a lot of money) to have the car serviced.I was then told If I paid a further £126.36 the brakes would be serviced.If I take you up on your offer to book the car in to have the brakes serviced will I be charged the £126.36?

Very good service. It was very easy to book the car in, the car was ready on time, the paperwork was very well explained and the car came back cleaned. Nothing that I can fault.
