booking my car in for an MOT was a pleasure to do with such a courteous and professional company. I was happy with the work carried out and at a reasonable price. Being a garage employee myself in the MOD I know value for money and good workmanship. My car was completed on time, washed and vacuumed all this plus a courtesy car while mine was being tested. I will be back next year for another MOT and service. Will defiantly recommend to friends and family. Thankyou again and well done.

My son and I were looking for a particular type of vehicle and came to Benfield Renault where we were lucky enough to speak to Byron Dawson. A search of your records indicated that a suitable vehicle was being traded in the following day and it was exactly what my son wanted (Honda Type R). Byron had it brought over the next day and we agreed to buy it. We have had some problems with it but on these occasions Byron sorted the matter completely to our satisfaction . I cannot praise Byron enough he was excellent with my son and appeared to share the enthusiasm my son had for this particular vehicle. I believe my family have bought at least 9 vehicles from Benfield Motors over the years so you could say I was a regular customer but I believe Byron has been excellent throughout and is worthy of this praise.

As always Carl orman is a non pushy sales man he takes the time to find you what your looking for and doesn't try to force you into somthing your not happy with if I were to buy a car from Benfield in the future I would be going to see him even if the car was located at another branch myself family and friends have bought cars through him and we all prefer the way he deals with customers compard to other salesman. I was happy to wait for him t be free when buying the current car as I prefer to deal with someone that is not only friendly but also professional he also has a good memory and never fails to say hello even if I'm just visiting service ..

The service is always helpful and polite. It is the first time my car broke down and required recovery to Benfield. Because it was unscedulled there was a weeks delay but service was prompt once a slot was found.

My garage at Benfield Road got in touch with me to arrange my service and M.O.T. . Nothing was a bother to them, they did it all.
