We were really impressed by the unhurried, non-pressurised but informative way in which the sales staff dealt with us. We were told what we wanted and needed to know, given time to talk privately together and were helped to make the right choice for us.

I found my car buying experience at Benfield to be very good. The staff were helpful, friendly and didn’t feel the need to say anything they could in order to separate me from my wallet, unlike some companies.

First and most important would you please spell my surname correctly even after informing you on the phone when you asked me about feedback you have addressed the email to salts when it should be SALT. I have even had to return my registration documents to DLVA.
However your showroom is one of the best we have visited and we were treated with courtesy and a very pleasant manner by Nathan the young man that dealt with us.
We were taken for a test drive and when we picked our car it was presented to us in immaculate condition, apart from the name error the service we received was FIRST CLASS.

And overall felt we got a good deal.
Handover of the new car was smooth and efficient.
I have owned a Toyota for 12 years, bought from new and serviced annually by yourselves. I have, without exception, over that time received efficient and courteous service from the Toyota team. Furthermore, the car has given me trouble-free motoring.
I enjoyed my buying experience with Benfield. I have bought from them before and would buy from them again, and there cannot be any better way to recommend them than that..!

The showroom is clean,smart and very inviting. The staff are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you are made very welcome. There is no pressure placed upon you, they invite your comments on the car, but when asked any questions they always know the answer, or where to find the answer. They are courteous, polite and very helpful in every way. I would recommend this dealership to all.

Very good service! Was kept well informed at every stage and the whole process was very quick and easy.
I thought the service was fantastic, visited a number of dealers before on that certain day and I instantly felt comfortable and relaxed when I walked into this one. I didn't make a purchase with Toyota as the car didn't feel right for me however, I will in future recommend family and friends to this dealer and will be confident that they too get a great customer experience.
I purchased a Toyota Yaris from the Benefield Toyota in Leeds. I found they had very customer service and I am very pleased with my purchase.
We had an excellent experience with Lexus Leeds when we bought a RX 450h for my wife last year. This was the prime reason why I went to you when thinking of changing my Shogun.
The sales executive Richard Woohouse, could not have been more helpful, I explained that I was about to have a total knee replacement and therefore would not be able to drive for six weeks or so, so there was no point in me ordering a car that I would not be able to drive until mid to late January. We therefor agreed a Feb 1st delivery and I am pleased to say this has all been arranged along with all my other requirements.
Friendly, useful, knowledgeable discussion and help without pressure to make an immediate response. Open willingness to review the situation as many times as needed for client to feel the best, fair deal has been achieved.
We have bought cars through Benfield Toyota in Leeds over recent years and there was never any doubt about going anywhere else to change our Yaris for a new model. Yet again a first class and excellent sales service, we where made to feel very welcome, during what turned out to be a hassle free part x agreement.

Benfield Toyota Leeds are fortunate to have such an efficient friendly staff member. Martin Baxendale made buying the Yaris a very pleasant experience. There was no pressure, he was very thorough in explaining everything (and very patient) Arthur and I enjoyed our meeting with him. Thank you Martin!

Buying a car can be very stressful but we found the experience easy. Everything was explained clearly and all questions answered in a professional manner.

I was left to brouse around the showroom and felt under no pressure at all. Once I had shown an interest in a car I was asked if I would like a test drive and I was taken out where I could drive the car on various roads around the area including the motorway.
Should I decide to change my car in the near future I will certainly pay another visit to Benfield Toyota Leeds.
Just one last thing.... I have not been put any pressure with phone calls, emails etc since my visit... another plus.
Benfield staff collected my car, from my place of work for my mot and then returned it for me.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful. My little car was in safe hands. Thank you Benfield staff.
Five star treatment all round , service staff a friendly welcome and tentative. work completed quickly , coffee and biscuits whilst you wait ,car cleaned inside and out and safely parked . Would always recommend to all .
The mot and courtesy car was easy to organise. When I took the car in I was back on the road within 15 minutes. An issue cropped up during the mot, I was contacted immediately and I was given clear information which helped me choose the best course of action.
The car was clean and ready at the agreed time and I dealt with in a friendly but efficient manner. The whole experience was hassle free.

Excellent service, no pushy sales talk and a very efficient process.
This is the first Toyota I have purchased, I needed to upgrade to a car that would tow a caravan, after looking round at the used car section I test drove the Auris 2.D4D diesel. This has been great, steady to drive, comfortable and the power to pull the caravan when really needed. I am very grateful for the service I have received from Toyota Leeds they were very helpful and explained the different engines required for my purpose. The after sales service has been second to none very helpful and obliging.

I would rate Benfield Leeds 10. I live in York and toyoto york were not interested in a problem I had with my previous prius. Benfield rectified the problem under warranty quickly and efficiently. Consequently I bought my second Prius from Benfield. I would recommend Benfield to anyone on the service I have had .
i booked my car in for its 40k service by going into the dealership in person on easter saturday i explained to the man on service my car was due its 40k service and showed him my service plan , no. 5415249 which has a 30k done last year 40k and 50k services on the plan i also showed him my toyota service and warranty book showing first service at 4300 miles(done early i think because vehicle was sold by first owner) next service 13k, 22k , 31k which was done last year ,a minor service by the toyota leeds dealership this 30k service is stamped on the books 40,000 mile box which i pointed out to the man, he fully understood that it was a minor service done last year and agreed with me my car was due its full 40k service this year and booked it in for it, i asked for written comformation as such to take with me. he wrote down 40k service 18th april delivery and collection from my place of work. when i got my car delivered back to me on the day i checked my copy of the work carried out and found the boxes ticked by the tech were for a 10k, 1 year service, NOT a full 40k service as i requested. i went into the dealership the next day to ask why the 10k 1year boxes had been ticked, he told me the tech had ticked wrong boxes by mistake and a full service had been carried out. i didnt believe him and asked himto check the job sheet, he did this and showed me it was printed out for a full 40k service but somebody had crossed it out and hand written 50k service on it. his excuse then was somebody had probably got confused by my service book.he then offered to next years minor 50k service as a full one when due, i refused this saying my car would not have been serviced as per the manufactures schedule compromising its safety reliability and value etc, so he said "what do you want me to do then " what you should have done in the first place a full 40k service, which it is now booked in for on monday 23rd april.they phoned me during the service to tell me ineeded a brake fluid change, which i didnt,it was done last year.he also said i needed handbrake adjusting and wanted £40 for this. i told him i had had new rear discs and pads fitted bu them only 2 months or so i shouldnt need this doing so soon and refused to pay, he agreed to carry work out for free. why didnt the service man check this out before phoning me ? also why didnt he phone me to say they were doing a minor service ? all servicing from day one has been carried out by benfield toyota at wakefield and leeds, so there is no excuse for knowing what to do with my car. i am very unhappy with the service i have recd, (not for the first time with benfield leeds ) i purchased my car from there, i get it serviced there, mot done there, new brakes there and this is the poor level of service i get ! my father in law is due a new car this year and is interested in a new yaris, and has asked me what i think of benfield toyota leeds, how can i recommend them after this ?
