I have had an excellent service from the Wakefield branch and in particular with Mohammed Talaie , Andy Jordan and Javed as usual. The staff were helpful and addressed every question with attention to detail. It was a pleasant experience. Never imagined I could say that buying a car!

The salesman at Benfield Toyota Wakefield was easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He demonstrated the electric handbrake that I was somewhat wary of, and gave me the opportunity to try a hill start during a test drive, which allayed my concerns. I was happy with the part exchange deal we agreed upon.

Sales Manager always makes time to come and say hello then lets his salesman do his job but always shakes our hand as we leave mind you bought 8 cars of him but the nice little touches draws you in when we want to exchange our current Toyota

I went to Wakefield Toyota for a recall job to be done on my Yaris. Whilst waiting, I looked around the cars for sale and was greeted by Lee Hunter. Despite the snow and very cold temperature, he was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and he made my exchange easy and uncomplicated. It was too good a deal to miss! All other staff I spoke to were friendly, helpful and curtious- not like most places, who treat single women like aliens. My thanks to the lady who was in reception for the wonderful coffee too!

Professional and friendly service. I felt the staff made an effort to make the experience as comfortable and smooth as possible. I've had several Toyotas including 3 Prius. The new Auris Hybrid appealed to me as I wished to 'downsize' so I called in at Benfield, Wakefield to negotiate. Lee the salesman was most accomodating endorsed by Jarvin the Salesmanager, who I have done business with over many years. I would recommend Benfield Toyota.

Car could have been cleaned better inside as there was several scuff marks on back of front seats and rear doors, also there were small bits of grit/stones under the driver seat.

Very good and polite sale staff they did not try to push you into buying. We also was given two test drives one in a manual gear box and a automatic. Yes we would recommend Benfields to our friends.

This is the third car I have purchased from Toyota Wakefield and I am sure it won't be the last. Every visit I have been extremely impressed with the service on offer by the sales staff and they are not in your face pushy. From my experience they will always try and go the extra mile to ensure they get you the right car for your budget and really listen to you. One refreshing thing is they will always ask/offer finace deals but it never feels like the hard sell. Would like to compliment David who sold me the car as he was really good with my kids and really made them feel welcome putting on DVD's etc. One thing I would like to say is the people who welcome you and offer you a hot drink are a little hit and miss. There was an older lady (probably in her mid to late 30's) who was there when we first went in this time, she was great and made us feel really welcome, however the 2 young girls when we picked up the car made no effort to speak or offer us a drink and spent most of the time showing each other pictures on their mobile phones. A little nag but they are the first people you see when you go in to the dealership and would prefer them to be a little more attentive like their colleague. Thank you again Toyota Wakefield.

Very friendly staff . Very knowledgable answered all questions and gave details of all offers available . Kept in touch to se if everything was ok and if they could be of any assistance if we needed any more information . Sales person was excellent and arranged for test drive And explained all payment options clearly and Easily to understand. This is the first Toyota we have bought in the family but it will not be the last.

We only called into the showroom to look at cars. The salesman,Sameer Arif welcomed us immediately upon arrival. He was so helpful, informative and very pleasant So much so that we ended up purchasing an Auris T.Spirit. At no point was he pushy but guided us along. To mark him out of 10 we would give a resounding 11.

Everytime i go to Benfield Wakefield all the staff are very friendly and helpful (and i go quite often ). The salesman i deal with is Ameen Hussain and nothing is too much trouble for him. He explains everything to you about the car u are interested in. It makes it a pleasure to deal with them all. I would recommend Benfield to all my family and friends. We were delighted with the service we received from Benfield Toyota at Wakefield. All the staff are really friendly and keen to help - we were never left standing around wondering who we needed to speak to. I felt the car was in good hands, the kept me informed during the day, and when I got it back it had been washed and vaccummed (which was great as I had bought a plant from the garden centre and it had fallen over making lots of mess)

I managed to booked my car in within 3 days. The car did take around 3 hours to fix however I was very happy to wait as the waiting area had free wireless internet, tea and coffee. I would have liked the staff who was stood in the waiting area/entrance to be a little more hospitable as many other car companies usually welcome you by your name and offer drinks & papers and continue to ask if you are ok etc. I was never spoken to and I feel that if this person was a little more customer focused the experience would have been excellent as it would have made the whole experience more customer centred. The servicing was excellent and every part was explained to me. I would recommend toyota Wakefield to friends and family.

I am more than impressed with the level of customer care I enjoyed from Benfield Wakefield. I rang on Easter bank holiday Monday and spoke to Javid about having a screw stuck in my car tyre and he organised for me to drop off my car that day to be mended and let me have the use of a courtesy car until I could pick up my car on the way home from work the next day. I have no hesitation in recommending Benfield to all my family and friends - especially the ladies who might not trust some garages. I can't speak highly enough about the team there.
