Explained everything to us without either treating us as if we were stupid or scamming us for being women. Certainly will be recommending Benfield to other women vehicle owners. The cup of tea was particularly welcome!!

I have absolutely no complaints about the serivicing or or the service received from service staff and pick up driver.
The only complaint I have is that when i first started to look into a new vehicle our first stop was to benfield however once we had decided on a vw caravelle we came to your showroom and were told that there was no motability advisor available at that time. we were asked if it was ok to contact us by phone which i was happy about. After not receiving a call I contacted benfield on two occasions to be told I would receive a call which never happened therefore went elswhare for my new vehicle.

As mentioned to you at the time of your enquiry, we were without a Motability Specialist but a member of our Sales Team should have called you to follow up your enquiry. We are pleased your servicing went well and hope that at some time in the future we can restore your confidence on the sales side.
I would recommend Benfield to a friend based on my past experience. However, this time I was let down as my veichel was not collected until after 2pm and was not returned until 1:30pm the following day even though I needed it to get to work for 8am. The work was carried out to a high standard and the veichel was returned cleaned and vacuumed. Although I was inconvienced, I know things don't always go to plan and I believe everything was done to ensure my veichel was safe to drive which is the most important thing. Thank you.

Thank you for your comments and apologies for the late collection. We do endeavour to collect all vehicles early in the morning to enable us to complete the work and have them returned asap. We did find additional safety related work on the service that, as a duty of care and with the permission of the leasing company, had to be dealt with on this visit. Unfortunately this additional work made the job run into the following day. Apologies once again and thanks for your feedback.
My van was in the garage for a few days,as it is used for my work they do make good effort in getting the jobs done so i can have it back for work.I am always kept informed of whats going on and they try to tell you how much the job is going to be.i also like the way they do a visual check on the whole vehicle and they tell you what might have to be done in the future.The staff are always friendly and if you wish there is always plenty of coffee etc on hand while you are waiting.When the job is finished your bill is always explained to you and your vehicle is always sparkling clean inside and out

The service was excellent from all the staff we met. It was a wet and miserable morning. We were offered coffee while we waited for the service desk to be free. We were called when the van was ready and were very pleased with everything that happened on the day. We bought the van in Carlisle and chose to come to a Benfield Centre nearer home. We made the right choice.
Excellent service from Benfield. Very professional and car returned in immaculate condition - cleaner than when it went, and the tyres painted! I mentioned another matter in a phone call and within a very short period of time, someone contacted me to follow up. When most organisations only do the bare minimum these days, this is an example of how things should be done.
