Everything was 1st Class, a most enjoyable experiance!

Just to say how delighted I was with the service at Benfield VW Newcastle, no pressure from the sales staff and Simon Dixon the lad who helped us part with our money ha ha, was a polite young man and very helpful.

As always I received excellent treatment from everybody at Benfield from the receptionist on arrival to the engineer who carried out the work on my vehicle. The one thing to say is that the customer is always treat with great respect and that VW should be proud of Benfield.

I loved the fact that the salesman explained all of the controls and gadgets in the car, he sinked my mobile and set up 3 radio stations for me and I got flowers!

We found staff to be highly knowledgeable of the products available, service and production. Given test drive catered to me; not taken a set route so I could get feel for the car. Found the service at Benfield professional reflected the high calibre of the models sold.

We have purchased a number of cars from the VW Benfield in Newcastle over the years (5 family members have purchased cars in the past 6 months) and the services has always been beyond reproach. In addition to the service, the main reason that we keep coming back to Benfield is a level of trust that we have both with the people that we deal directly with, but also the company as a whole.

It was a a pleasure to buy a used car from Simon & his boss Patrick Archbold. Had a first test drive on the Saturday & went back on the Sunday for another test drive & to pay the deposit. Never put any preasure to buy the car! All questions we asked were answered. If the car is half as good as the staff - I will never move from VW!! These lads that work on Saturdays & Sundays - need a pat on the back!! I would deffo tell my freinds & family to try Benfield!!!!

I thought the salesman -John Richardson- made me feel comfortable and relaxed about buying the Polo. It can be difficult at some garages for a women buying a car on her own. He was very easy to talk too. The 1st time I visited your garage it was really busy. There was a "floor walker"(not sure if that's the correct term) who was able to give me some information as there were no salesman available. I didnt have a test drive which was in part due to me getting involved with the purchase and not remembering until later that day !

I have purchased all my vehicles from Benfield Motors over the years. The sales executive Paul Wilson treated me well with at-most respect that made me return or recommend others to visit the garage. Overall I had an excellent experience when purchasing my car from Benfield. There was only one thing I was disappointed with and that was the car had not been cleaned/valeted as promised which did take the shine away from the overall experience. There was an empty fast food sauce container in the pocket of the read passenger door as well as several dirty marks on the back seats and crumbs in the cup holders.

I have never used the BENFIELD garage before but was very impressed with the booking efficiency, the pleasant and efficient staff who very kindly re-booked me as I had forgotten my ID on the day of the original service. I had a courtesy car to the same standard as my own car and my own was was returned on time and in pristine condition. Thank you

I didn't feel pressured atall , I was given good advise and felt the sales team especially Mike Ravensall did a very good job in getting me a car to suit me and at a really good price with may old car as part exchange. Problem sorted with efficiency and grace. I hope its not a regular fault though as it would have been quite pricey out of warrenty. Only a short wait on pick up and coffee is excellent. In fact I intend just to drop in occasionally for a cup when I pass the showroom - just to see if you have anything new in of course. I was offered a lift in both directions (although didn't need one) which seems a much more efficient use of resources than the courtesy car that would spend the day in a work car park or parked up at home. Sure I'll be back but hope not too soon.

The staff were very helpfull when i bought my car .When i ordered the car i was told it would be up to 3 months but they kept me informed when it was being built and when it was being shiped over to England.The after sales was exellent any problems i had they were very helpfull.Infact i have just purchased a 2nd new for the wife .And the same weekend my daughter bought a 2nd hand VW from the same Benfield car sales and the salesman has been very helpfull .

Very good customer service! It's always the little things, they gave me a custard cream and a cup of tea every time I went, paid for taxis when I was getting the car serviced, repaired paint anyway when it wasn't covered by warranty, prepared the car for me before I bought it! Paul, the salesman I deal with, always remembers my name and looks after me! Would feel comfortable recommending Benfield from my experience!

I noticed that the service team were excellent dealing with customers while I was waiting for a lift back home, as my car was being serviced.

All services at Benfield are excellent, staff are very good at what they do and make you feel very comfortable and at ease. All service staff are also excellent, and explain everything in detail. One bad comment however, about Audi Scotswood road, which I know is part of the Benfield Group, they do not pay any attention to potential customers walking in, and have never sent me any details requested in terms of offers, prices customizations. You are a good firm to deal with, I sometimes use a local independent for minor repairs/servicing as I can walk home from there and not need a loan car. For major repairs/servicing I will use yourselves.

First class service, wasnt pressured into making a decision, very polite staff, offered drinks, easy to talk to. Definatly return and recomend.
