The show room is too small and I was kept waiting a long time before I spoke to a salesperson. I was given a test drive and looked after well. I had been considering BMW as well as Audi and the ambiance and experience was much better at BMW. I chose the Audi because I preferred the car not because of the buying experience. I hope after care and servicing are of a high standard.

I was helped by a very attentive and knowledgeable sales man (Neil) who introduced me to his managed (Clive). I was very impressed with the pre-sales set up at Sunderland and hope the post-sales service is equally good.

I normally find purchasing a car tedious but this was completely different! Neil, the Salesman, was extremely helpful, courteous and very personable. We visited two garages and to be honest, Wearside Audi won hands down - lovely and clean and a very nice atmosphere to be in.
